As you may remember, our annual Spring Performances were originally scheduled for this past weekend, April 24-25. After COVID-19's outbreak we were forced to reschedule our annual recital performances to be held on May 3 and May 20. Sadly, these will also be cancelled.

At this time, our lower level children’s May 3rd Spring Performance has not been canceled, but I anticipate it to be. This makes me very sad since this performance is such a highlight for our students, their families, and CSB’s faculty/staff. All performance fees for this show will be refunded. We will be working to expedite your refund once the funds have been reimbursed to CSB. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Along with a team of Chamberlain School of Ballet instructors, I have been filming classes through JCV Productions. As these classes are finished editing this week, school registrar Carolyn Cox will be contacting school families via email. These classes will cover up through April 6th. At that point, I will be updating on our plan of action moving forward online and, possibly, at our facility through private instruction.

Chamberlain School of Ballet has been serving Plano and North Texas area families since 1977, and we have always been dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment in which our students can experience, learn, and love dance and the arts. The health and safety of our students and their families is of utmost importance to myself and my staff. As such, we have made this decision as a preemptive and proactive step to help blunt the spread of the virus within our community.

Girl Scouts will engage with professionals in set design, costuming, and basics of lighting. This workshop is open to Girl Scouts of all levels. CB Fun Patch and applicable badges for various levels are included.

Chamberlain School of Ballet is excited to have begun another fantastic semester, our 2nd half of our 42nd year in operation! We have some exciting things coming for the spring, and we are still continually enrolling for all ages and skill levels. Be sure to come by the studio or call 972-985-1374 to register!
