Our class listings page has been recently updated to reflect the addition of two new classes for beginning 6-8 year olds! Taught by Towa Shinagawa, students are sure to love her bright nature and loving attitude towards the art of dance and ballet.

Chamberlain Ballet company members (our pre-professional division of Chamberlain School of Ballet) performed a condensed version of our beloved full length ballet, The Nutcracker at Galleria Dallas’ Nordstrom this past Saturday, November 21. In a season where COVID-19 has impacted so many arts and dance schools and organizations; our company dancers were ecstatic to be able to perform again.

In the haste of the COVID-19 reopening, we only had a tentative look at what may become of the semester/school year. We have since updated our “Special Dates” section of our homepage, located just above the news section.

Beginning with a choreography workshop from 2-4 pm on October 18th, Chamberlain Ballet is excited to welcome Bruce Wood Dance Executive Director Gayle Halperin and Artistic Director Joy Bollinger into the Chamberlain Studios to further introduce the Bruce Wood legacy, catalog, and choreographic style to our wonderful dancers.

Chamberlain School of Ballet’s 43rd year is unprecedented but moving forward with style (have you seen our new CB masks???)! We have North Texas Giving Day and a few innovative ways you’ll be able to see our students perform soon.

We are so pleased to be back for the fall semester of our 44th season in operation. 44 years is a long time, but we can safely say this year is unlike ANY which has come before.

Kathy Chamberlain is working hard to have a fall schedule that will accommodate as best we can. By having your information in a timely manner, it helps us with planning. The 2020-2021 school year will being on Monday, August 17.
