Chamberlain Ballet is currently searching for an efficient and results-driven individual to join our team as Operations Manager. Primary responsibilities include creating processes and implementation of Marketing, Financial, and Administrative functions. You will be working hand in hand with the artistic director and reporting to the executive director. About Chamberlain Ballet

Started in 1984, Chamberlain Ballet is a nonprofit organization consisting of Chamberlain Ballet’s youth dance company, the Relevé Program (1996) and Shining Stars Program (2005).

The organization’s mission is to further the pioneering work of the founder, artistic director and owner of Chamberlain School of Ballet, Kathy Chamberlain, by establishing an extended cultural community which provides North Texas the highest caliber dance performances, training and education, and community programs for all. Annually, thousands of people experience Chamberlain Ballet performances and programming.  

The arts and culture of a city are central to its identity. And Chamberlain Ballet has been an integral part of this community’s cultural identity.

Now 39 years on, it is wonderful to see many of the 7000+ dancers who have been through our programs return to our community to witness the next generation of aspiring students. A typical year includes professional performances including the Charles W. Eisemann Center for Performing Arts MOST SOLD EVER production of The Nutcracker, the Courtyard Theater, Regional Dance America, Chamberlain Ballet Creates in collaboration with Bruce Wood Dance Company, annual Spring performances, special local appearances and surrounding local festivals. Annually, we host a multitude of guest artists to return to our studios and stages to perform, create, teach and support the work of our dancers 5-95 years old. 

Chamberlain Ballet offers dance education taught by a world-renowned faculty of current and former dancers from New York City Ballet, Philadelphia Ballet, Paul Taylor Dance Company, Bruce Wood Dance Company to name just a few. Through our outreach performances (Community Connections) and education programs (Relevé and Shining Stars), Chamberlain is dedicated to provide dance education for all. 

As Chamberlain Ballet approaches its 40th anniversary in 2024, it is looking forward to expanding the impact of ballet and the performing arts on the changing demographics of the North Texas community.
