Did you know Chamberlain School of Ballet has an open fitness and ballet program?
Our program is geared towards adults of all skill and fitness level looking to learn ballet or stay in shape.
Beginning teens are welcome too!
Mondays 1:15 – 2:15
Mat Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, emphasizing the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness to support in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Please bring your own mat.
Thursday 1:15 – 2:15
Vbarre is a workout designed to tone, trim and transform the body with a fusion of ballet, Pilates and resistance training. By blending dynamic movement with calorie-blasting cardio, vbarre targets those trouble zones such as the hips, thighs, glutes and core; delivering one powerful workout with amazing results. Please bring your own mat. No shoes required.
Tuesday/Thursday 9:30 – 11:00am, Wednesday 7:00 – 8:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 – 10:30 am
consists of a traditional barre and center floor work. Classes are designed to accommodate a variety of training backgrounds. Ballet develops confidence, coordination, strength, flexibility and body awareness and is a great workout for teens and adults. There is no formal dress code but please do not wear anything baggy. Ballet slippers are required.
